Meet The Staff Picture

Hey there! I'm Nina. I was born and raised in South Florida. I moved to Rhode Island to attend the University of Rhode Island, where I earned my degree in Journalism and was a member of the Women's Varsity Swim Team. I spent most of my high school and college years working as a lifeguard and teaching kids how to swim. In 2013, I found a home at B2BGateway and have been enjoying Rhode Island ever since.

Hobbies / Interests
I enjoy all things related to the ocean. Whether it's spearfishing, stand up paddle boarding, boating, or just sitting on the beach, count me in! Occasionally, I still compete in open water swim races but I mostly swim now just for fun. I recently purchased my first house, so I've been tackling my first big home renovations. HGTV hasn't called to offer me my own show yet but I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

Best Vacation
My favorite vacation was a trip I took to Bimini with my family and some close friends. We rented a catamaran and sailed from South Florida to Bimini, with my dad as our captain. We lived on the boat for 5 days, sailing around the islands, fishing / spearfishing to catch our dinners. It was an amazing adventure that I was fortunate enough to share with my favorite people.

Working at B2B
The best part about my job is getting to help people. As a member of the Rapid Response Team, I get to speak to multiple clients every day and work on a variety of issues. It's so rewarding to see a very difficult issue through to completion. We have such a great team that it makes work fun. We all work very hard but we also enjoy what we do. I believe that is what allows us to provide a higher level of service to our customers.
