MEET THE STAFF - Noah Jager

image Hello! My name is Noah Jager and I work in the B2BGateway office in Rhode Island, USA. I have been a member of the Rapid Response Team since late February 2017. If you have ever called for production support, odds are we have had a conversation on the phone!

PAST
I graduated from Hartwick College in 2016 with a degree in Biology and Spanish, with a minor in Chemistry. I was very passionate about student life, and was very involved in various campus leadership boards, clubs, my fraternity (Tau Kappa Epsilon), travelling, doing research and volunteering/community service. I stayed in Peru for 3 months in college and interned at a hospital named the Centro de Salud Belenpampa in Cuzco during the summer of my freshman year. I travelled throughout the country and did things ranging from hiking up Machu Picchu to sandboarding and dune boogying in Huacachina in Ica.

After college, I worked my summer job as a Park Ranger for the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) for my third and final year. After the term with the DEM was finished, I worked up at Newport Biodiesel for several months during the winter, until I found B2BGateway.

FAMILY
image My family is 6 members strong; my father, mother and 3 other siblings. My sister Anna is currently a Senior at St. Michaels college in Vermont (studying Biology/Pre-Medicine), my brother Sam is a Sophomore at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (studying computer engineering), and my sister Sarah is a freshman at University of Ohio (studying music performance and education on the Oboe).

Hobbies
Often times, you can find my riding my motorcycle around New England (and to work). I currently am riding a 1984 Honda Magna V65 (1100cc, V4 Muscle Cruiser). Fortunately, we have been located at two, very scenic parts of Rhode Island, so riding through the winding backroads or by the Wood River has played a very relaxing part of my day.

Speaking of the wood river and backroads, I spend the majority of my break time fishing the WoodRiver, Woodville Pond or various streams and brooks that are near our office. It is very refreshing to step away from the computer for a little bit and catch a bass or trout in our local waters. It is very entertaining to come back and share some of my big fish stories (or the actual fish) with my coworkers.

If I am not working or riding my motorcycle, you can see my band, the South Tower Strummers, playing at various venues throughout Rhode Island. I am the violinist in this rock/country/bluegrass/folk band, and I have played the violin since I was in 5th grade. Originally, I was a classically trained violinist and I frequently competed in competitions throughout Rhode Island. image
