As a valued B2BGateway client we value your business and are always striving to improve our systems and make your life a little easier. With that being said we would like to introduce you to a new tab that is now available in your B2BGateway Client Portal - Training.
When you become a client of B2BGateway, you are automatically issued login details to your Client Portal. The newly designed Client Portal 2.0 has a host of new features such as Business Intelligence charts on the clients' homepage which document trading partner activity and give an overview on all EDI documents processed on a daily basis. It also gives clients an in-depth view of where new setups stand and a much easier to use dashboard and interface. In the Client Portal you can easily contact support, view transaction & exception reports, reprocess documents and create any custom reports.
We know that doing EDI is confusing and new clients or new members of your team will have questions. This is why we have developed the B2BGateway Training page which is located under the Support tab on the left hand side of your Client Portal Home Page. On the Training page clients will find video demonstrations about how to use the Client Portal, Warehouse Support Site (WSS) and videos specific to their accounting package or ERP system. Clients will also find EDI definitions, EDI documents and Frequency Asked Questions and Answers. Clients are able to view sample EDI document flow charts which also highlight GS1-128 label creation, packing slips, planning/forecasting and data flows using inventory add-ons such as Numbercruncher or Fishbowl.
