Hello! I have been working with B2BGateway as a Project Manager in the Rhode Island, USA office for coming up on 2 years this August. My how time flies! I am originally from District Heights, MD (just a few minutes outside of Washington, DC) and moved here upon acceptance of my position with B2BGateway. What brings me to Rhode Island? The food! Just kidding ;) it's my wife. We have been together for coming up on 4 years, but married last October. Together we continue to build our lives together in Cranston, RI. I am very much a fun loving person and just enjoy living life with as much joy and happiness as I can create!
SPORTS
I have been an athlete since I was four. I don't watch many sports on TV because I'm always up doing something, but I've played a little of everything. Basketball was my strong suit. I've played through elementary/middle school, high school and college. I don't move as well as I did in my younger days, but I will definitely give a good run for your money!
FOOD
I definitely don't think I could ever narrow down to one favorite food! I am a big foodie! I enjoy cooking and always challenge myself to increase my culinary skills. I have recently taken an interest in studying my cultural history and that of other's through a culinary lens and finding ways to re-create comfort foods in a way that better supports optimum health. Foods these days are literally killing people. We have to get back to the original purpose!
APPROACH TO WORK
What person doesn't want to shine and excel at what anything they do? I take my projects as a personal reflection of myself. If the project isn't smooth, efficient and successful, it doesn't make me look good. My father has always told me to "give 110% because you never know who's watching." I enjoy the business relationships I am able to develop and even find it hard to let some of them go as I grow with the company. Nothing is more satisfying than hearing the gratitude and appreciation my clients have for the service I provide to them.
