Francis' "The Best Banana Bread Ever" Banana Bread Recipe
Francis, a development programmer at b2bgateway rants and raves about his banana bread, so without further ado, we give you "the best banana bread ever".

The first thing you'll want to do is pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees F so it's ready when we go to put the banana bread in. Second. Grab two loaf pans and use crisco or butter to coat the pans. If you don't have crisco or butter, spray works fine too.

Next, whisk all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl to blend. In another, larger bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together. You'll want to stir in half of the dry ingredients until it's evenly blended. At this point, stir in your mashed bananas and then the other half of the dry ingredients until it's blended. It's important not to over mix these ingredients.

Divide the batter into the two loaf pans and bake in the middle rack until the tops are a golden brown. Use a tester stick and insert it into the center of the bread. Toothpicks work well for this. You should continue to bake until the stick comes out clean. You will know if it's still wet.

Once fully cooked, cool the breads in the loaf pans at least 30 minutes before turning them out to let them cool completely. They are best to enjoy while still lukewarm!
