iTrade Network has announced that from January 29th, 2017, it will be using the EDI ANSI X12 997 transaction set to inform all suppliers of rejections. After January 29, email notifications will no longer be used.
Effective January 29, 2017, iTrade Network will:
(1) migrate to the ANSI X12 Standard ‘Data Element Level’ 997 Functional Acknowledgment
(2) use the carat (^) as the default on ISA16 on X12 EDI transactions from iTrade Network to the supplier
(3) cease manual email notification of failures
