Our fully integrated EDI & API Connectivity Solutions for Xero removes the need to re-key data when exchanging electronic business documents with trading partners & e-Commerce platforms.
Xero is one of the most popular accounting packages on the market for small businesses and is cloud-based. Meaning, you can manage your business while on the move. We have clients across the globe using our EDI solution that integrates with Xero to automate key business documents such as Purchase Orders & Invoices with your trading partners.
What are Trading Partners?
Trading Partners in the EDI world are typically Retailers, but they are not just ordinary retailers. They can also be 3pls (Third Party Logistics), connections to eCommerce platforms such as Shopify & WooCommerce and also popular Inventory management systems such as Unleashed.
Having been in business for over 20 years, B2BGateway has facilitated over 35,000 connectivity relationships across the globe. Some of our more popular retailers in the UK include:
And many, many more.
So, how does it all work?
Let’s take a retailer for example, that you are supplying with your products. When that particular retailer would create a Purchase Order for your products, our system is able to take that PO automatically, convert it into how your Xero system reads a PO and import it directly into your Xero system for you. Similarly, when you are ready to invoice back on this order, B2BGateway will take the invoice directly from your Xero system, convert it into how the retailer needs to receive the Invoice and send it directly to them in their preferred format.
The above is a very standard set up, but B2BGateway is also able to offer custom solutions to suit your specific business needs. You may also need to send shipping information to your 3PL automatically, this can also be done quickly and simply.
The main aim is to completely streamline your Order to Fulfillment stages, reducing your manual data entry, human error and allowing you to spend more time on your business.
