In most cases, Dependable Distribution requires suppliers to begin exchanging all business documents in an EDI format once they have been approved as a Dependable Distribution supplier.
What accounting package / ERP do you have?

I filled out a contract for B2BGateway EDI; what happens next?
Once a client of B2BGateway, we will schedule a "Kickoff Meeting". This meeting is essential to the setup the each relationship as it will give you and your team a chance to meet your setup team at B2BGateway and to ask any technical questions that you may have missed. During the setup phase, you will be assigned a dedicated setup support engineer who will walk you through the integration, trading partner questions and our client portal. How long does it take to get a Trading Partner setup?
As each relationship requires different documents and different accounting package / ERPs this is a difficult question to answer. EDI is not an "out of the box" solution and requires communication between multiple parties to get setup properly. Please speak to a sales associate by calling 401-491-9595 x 5 for more information.
Now that setup is complete, what can I expect?
Once the integration is complete, you are now "In Production" as we call it. This means you should be actively sending and receiving EDI documents between your trading partners. From here on out, you will have access to our Production Support Team. This is a group of specialized support engineers who will perform general maintenance across your accounts and help you with day to day questions. These are also the people who will stay on top of any changes that the Trading Partners may initiate to ensure that your EDI continues to flow smoothly.
