Meet the Staff � Louisa Gooding, Director of Sales & Marketing

I joined B2BGateway over 6 years ago as the part time salesperson. The company at the time was all programmers who thought having the best product on the market was enough to sell our services. It turns out people wanted to learn a little about our services prior to signing on the dotted line and I quickly went full time. Our small company of programmers has quickly grown to a large corporation. We have averaged about 30% growth every year.
Family: Although I do love my job and all the wonderful people with whom I work, my family is my top priority. I have two great kids who are both in college (please feel bad for me and give us more business to help pay their tuitions). My husband and I have been married for 25 years next August. Time flies when you are having fun.
Hobbies/Interests: When I am not slaving away at the office I manage to fill my free time with a

multitude of activities. I have been a runner most of my life. I have run the Boston Marathon twice and I am planning on running a fall marathon next year with my two kids to celebrate my birthday. (I am finally turning 30 alright 40�). About 10 years ago I took up biking which I try to do a couple times a week as time allows. I live in Rhode Island which has miles and miles of beautiful coast to view while biking. I have recently made a return to USTA tennis. Years ago my team went to Nationals and came in third. We really wanted the gold but bronze is not so bad. As they say in the Olympic it was an honor just to participate. I started playing tennis because my wonderful husband loved tennis when we first married. Unfortunately he quickly got the golf bug and he is trying to get me to be a golfer as well. I find the sport a little silly that a stupid putt counts the same as my wonderful drive. I also get frustrated that the harder you try the worse you score. Since we are empty nester and I want to spend time with my favorite husband so I am going to try and figure out the game out. My goal right now is to not score in the triple digits.
I have been blessed with a lot of great girlfriends with whom I love spending time. I belong to a book club and an investment club or as my husband likes to call them excuses to drink martinis during the week with the gals. My girlfriends and I also like to travel together as we all like to hike, bike, play tennis and eat too much.
Music: I like all music with the exception of some music my kids listened to when in high school. It was banned in the car.
Favourite Food: I love all food. I wake up thinking about what I am going to have for dinner. My favorite meal is my best friend�s paella. It has over 100 ingredients and takes her 2 days to make, but it is worth the work. I am getting hungry just thinking about it.
